Well Cole Hamels nickname isn’t Hollywood for nothing…

Heidi Strobel (born October 29, 1978, Bethesda, Maryland) was a contestant on season six of the American reality television show Survivor: The Amazon. She placed fifth, lasting thirty-three days.

Strobel arguably is “the most intellectual person” to be cast for Survivor as she scored the highest during her testing for the CBS reality show. However, she did not appear to base her strategy on intellectual superiority during the series. Her most memorable appearance came when she and fellow contestant Jenna Morasca, stripped their clothing for peanut butter and Oreo cookies during an endurance challenge. The two would later appear in the August 2003 edition of Playboy magazine.

Strobel attended Drury University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in exercise physiology, secondary education and physical education. She is currently working on her master’s degree in physical education and plans to start on a second in nursing next year.

As of May 2006, Heidi is dating Phillie’s pitcher Cole Hamels.
